This is why you should consider giving the surgeon permission to use your before and afters even if only partials. There are many good results out there but nobody wants their pictures shown, and custom facial implants are just obscure and somewhat new. More pictures will come out.

Lookism also has 2: Saiyan and SurgerySoon. There is also a recent yaremchuk one who definitely looks better.

Ah yeah I've seen this one before, he would look incredible if he had bimax along with his zygo implants. They are very natural and masculine appearing, though he had a good base to start with (high-set zygos already, even though they were recessed).
