usually cheekbone implants are malar implants
implants for forwardgrowth shouldnt affect es ratio ofc

now about implants for sideways protrusion,
how close set eyes appear is dependant on zygo arch and lateral orbital rims

zygo arch is usually wider than malar bones and if u get malar implants till theyre as wide as zygo arch , u should be good

mostly no , cause ive heard mse expands the arch more than the actual zygos , but ive heard it increases ipd too
