Cheekbone implants

Been Looking into cheekbone implants, Im seeing that the malar is the prominent part of the cheekbone and would provide lateral projection while sub malar is the lower part of the of the cheekbone. There is a combined option with both malar and sub malar, but would this be favorable over just a malar implant? I have weak under eye support/ very little fat under my eyes
