In a world where my FWHR is 2.4 lad.

Try and add gonion's to such a wide face, you'll end up with that Hernan Drago tiktok morph.

Why not get Cheekbone reduction in the long run? Inflammation, recovery, and scar's would be minimal compared to Lef. I, And the Price would be 2-3K USD compared to 15-20k USD.

FWHR would become Ideal, Zygo's would still be a prominent part of the face, just won't be as wide as before.

Just to make it clear, Lefort is still on the Table, but I have to account for alot of Variable's and Zygo Reduction seem's to be a Quicker and more Applicable solution (+ I can get it done locally for cheap, AirBNB + Flight cost's would be gone).

Depends , are ur zygos rlly the issue or u have an overly compact midface and skull , 2nd are ur zygo rlly that big , how much compared to ur bigonial cuz if u look like a zygolet after the surgery wouldnt be good , think abt those , try to morph yourself like , w less zygo vs w longer midface what look better

Thank's for the Morph Suggestion, will take it into account.
I think the issue is mainly that my zygo's are too big, Compared to my Bigonial it is objectively larger/more outward.

I can let you know once I have taken a clear picture and start morphing it around :feelsokman:

I also plan to get this procedure, I recommend getting it in Asia (Thailand, Korea) as I will OP.

Good to know, I was looking into Egypt originally because it's closer + cheaper, though Quality may vary (Depending on the Surgeon), aswell as it's more common in SEA.

Do you have any Surgeon Recommendations?

Dr. Jung Keun Park in Korea is a great one. He does the L shape osteotomy technique to move the zygo inward to actually narrow the bizygomatic width and then fixes and suspenses it to keep it in place and prevent the facial sagging that happens with run of the mill shaving. You also have Yanhee Hospital and wihhospital. Just look for surgeons who do an actual reduction osteotomy instead of just shaving, shaving is a garbage procedure.

Thank's for the Tip's!

Yeah Bone-shaving is fully garbage, and if I my memory is correct, you cannot achieve much with it, due to how thin the Zygomatic Arch is (1-2mm), Only Zygomatic Inward Osteotomy can achieve the result's I am looking for.

When you talk about Suspension, Do they move the Zygomatic Arch upward's to prevent the Masseter Sagging? I still have alot to read on the Topic.
