I don't have NCT or sclera show but my face is too flat in the cheekbone area

ZSO doesn't seem to improve the anterior projection enough.

MSE could be good for lateral projection

Mod lefort 3 could move forward the zygos and lateral orbital rims

Cheekbone implants could move them forward and widen them but i want to avoid implants if possible.

What else?

He is very unethical. But as far as getting custom infraorbital-malar implants with a zygomatic arch extension that can give you model tier cheekbones, he's the only one we really know of.
