What cheekbone osteotomies or implants exist to augment the zygomatic/ malar/ infraorbital area?

I'm extremely recessed with barebones ogee curve and a lowset cheekbone

how can i fix it and become human?

I can pay $20k maybe for cheeks

Ortognatica Roma did malar implants for 5k for Gaia (you can find his thread in the sticked posts). Then Dr.Eppeley ofc, but no idea how much he charges

Never saw a good osteotomy result for cheek bones. For myself I would only use 3d printed implants from peek or marpor (not medpor) or lyophilized cartilage.
