Your only option to augment cheekbones is to get implants or use filler (you're probably not getting an osteotomy in this area), if you want to go from low set to higher set that could require shaving down of the submalar region + the aforementioned implants or filler.

I'd say it's kinda medium set. Mine are probably lower than this. It's really a matter of millimeters for cheekbones
