ChemEng or BiomedicalEng? In which of them are foids rather enrolling?

I just graduated HS, and I want to pursue a technical degree for the money and my interest in MINT. My top 2 choices are just the title. My question, though, is where would there be a higher percentage of foids in class? I'm from Germany.

I mean its engineering, I shouldnt expect a high presence, but I still think that in both of them the ratio is a bit higher than the rest of the fields

Sounds much harder than biomed with like zero foids which you mentioned
