There is no such thing as recessed maxilla/face, there is underdeveloped maxilla. If you can somehow open maxillo-zygo sutures and apply there BMP2 you will get forward growth, facial bones grow in diff way than long bones

Adults dont grow facial bones after puberty anymore because sutures are closed and even if there some opened then we have not enough anabolics hormones like BMP2 to induce growth

I was wrong actually its better to split nasomaxillary suture to avoid nose widening. One suture away from fixing long midface completely. Kek. Unbelievable that no one did that before instead coping with surgeries with tons of side effects. Im gonna be rich
