Co2 MAY burn fat although fat pads are 4.5 mm deep and CO2 only goes about 1 mm deep there are many anecdotes of people losng their fat pads.

I think smart option avoiding undereyes can circumvent 99 percent of problems esp if u dont have any acne/ scars there

How do you know all this stuff while living in India? Like seriously I’m not even trying to be a dick or anything but I just always assumed soap was what people used over there at most.

Look at the results and decide x also it seems to be dependent on the type of scars like icepick boxscar etc @Aloha knows more about it. It’s best to get a consult and let them know what you want. Although some may suggest more expensive methods , better to do own research. I already have a slight scar on my nose tip and scars on my left cheek so I’m killing 2 birds with one stone

C02 first, and dermabrasion. It's for less severe scars. If that doesn't work go onto chemical peels

Is this a specialised co2 laser treatment? Or just the regular one when applied to the nose?
I’m not too sure, a lot of these cases for CO2 being applied to the nose is because the bulbosity is severe like the guy in the OP, but you could do your research and if you have the money, I don’t see why no one would do it on the nose
