The fact that not every single person on this site is not doing chemical peels is proof that no one is actually looksmaxxing. I just did my fucking 1st session at home and it’s cleared a lot of my acne scars and helped my skin texture. This shit promotes collagen and you only need to be above an 80 iq to do it at home. It’s literally an easy way to perfect skin for everyone

less. buy the kit online and just do it yourself at home. like stevie wonder could give himself a chemical peel if he just concentrates for like 10 minutes. becomes the price of a fast food takeout.

how long was recovery and what did it feel like

Hurt like a bitch the first ever time I I did it but you get used to it. And the pain is for like 5 mins total. You peel over the next week and then a new layer of skin comes. Ideally 3-6 sessions for almost flawless skin

The collagen stimulation alone makes it ideal imo.

just get a deeper one

Thw collagen gains are pretty modest, microneedling is a better way to do it simply for collagen, pretty minimal effects if youre already using things like taz and ghk cu etc and you also skip the small risks, and sicomforr of the peels and tou wont look like a tomato for like a week

didn't do shit for me (18% tca 2-3 layers) got it from muac.

skin seems better now less hyperpigmentation.
but i also used vit c/tret/hydroquinone in that time.

texture is still shit (have scaring from 3-4 years of cystic acne)

Damn, that’s fair I’ve never had cystic so I can’t relate. Maybe 20% and do 5 layers on your cystic acne but 2-3 layers on your normal face

For just purely texture there’s better procedures than peels can’t lie. I think microneedling if I’m not mistaken

any recommendations for skin peels? Been looking to try one recently.

Do you do the chemical peel on the neck too?

Phenol peel, Fraxis, or LDAR.
