just get azelaic acid and hyaluronic acid combo serum and get a tretinoin cream

put the serum on first let it dry and then go in with the tretinoin

for now just use what u have dont use any crazy thick moisturisers or anything that can clog your pores

dead skin is what causes it and sweat makes it worse so just shower consistently and try to not wear shirts around the house or if youre on holiday just dont wear a shirt at all really unless u have to it will just make it worse

extremely low amount of acne there to be concerned about it.

probably falls down to a hygiene issue (not calling u disgusting) but just make sure you shower after gym, swap shirts every day/after gym and regularly change bed sheets. thats it, if it persists you could do a small amount of skincare for it.

my back was REALLY bad, genetically, i was fucked. It's clearing up slowly after visiting derma
