Hair quantity is dependent on the age bracket you're most interested in.
18-30: fully shaven
30-40: trimmed
40+: wild and untrimmed

shave it off, your chest can look way better when you get rid of even short hairs, dont need to use a razer just clippers is enough, rug looks like shit it covers your chest muscles and is a looksmin same for torso, back, shoulder and neck hair. Keep leg and arm / hand hairs these are dimorphic and masc.
