Chest pinching on oral minoxidil

What does it mean if I feel some pressure in my chest area, more specifically the left side where my heart is? I’m just on 1.25 mg of oral minoxidil. my nurse said i’m all fine but i should just get off it but no way i actually got bad effects off just 1.25? or is it just in my head?

Oral minox is absolute trash anyways you should stop using it regardless of chest pain.

Not a gatekeep, you can use it all you want if you think the bloat that comes with it is worth it.
