so last years we was thinking that for hitting upper chest you had to incline a bench and do a press the same way you did with the bench without inclination, but in recent months it has been discovered that although inclining the bench does focus on your upper chest, you also have to change the shoulder abduction to shoulder flexion. How do you do it? Simple, have a narrow grip with your elbows closer to your body, you can do a shoulder flexion of 40 to 90 degrees or one of 20 to 120 degrees.

With this explained, the chest routine should be a shoulder abduction exercise, whether it be a peck deck or a bench press, a shoulder flexion exercise, such as a low to high on pulleys or a incline press leaning with a narrow grip and bringing the elbows to 20-40 degrees up to 90-120, u can also add an exercise for the lower chest like a dips or crossovers.
hope u enjoy it

you mean horizontal adduction not abduction

dips don’t hit lower chest, you just said it yourself earlier lol. The upper chest does shoulder flexion and that’s what movement your humerus is performing. The lower chests functions are sagittal/frontal plane adduction of the humerus (between 180-90 degrees) and it also performs frontal adduction between 40-0 degrees
