Is it cope to chew in specific ways for CCW rotation? I see people talking about chewing with either premolars or incisors to achieve this. Do either work, if so which one? And then would it make a difference what you chew on? Food, gum, some type of plastic/rubber? Seen some people talking about using a mouth guard to help reduce risk of tmj. Appreciate any help.
