ive been chewing falim pretty much all day and it hurts like shit with my braces, every mastication brings enough pain to make my eyes water up. my gums are bleeding a little bit too

Got temporary crowns put in a few days, so I don't eat on the side where there at, but sometimes when I do chew my tongue scratches the edge of the crowns and it's annoying as shit

i had to wear this jewish appliance for like half a year so i couldnt mew and since i inherited the african mouth protrusion genes from my dad the braces make it look worse
