Chewing gave me clicking jaw sounds

I am chewing on a boxing mouthgard since 1 week, daily 30minutes. Now when i eat, there is a clicking sound, right where my masseter is.
Should i stop, or is this normal?

Congrats you have given yourself TMJ go to a dentist. Same thing happened when I ground my teeth.

If you chew too hard and too much it can lead to tmj who will then lead to tinnitus.
