Study for effect of chewing on jawbone

If you look at modern and ancient human skulls, you will see that ancient skulls have a much more robust jaw, cheekbones, and face. I believe chewing has more of a prominent effect than mewing, the masseter muscles size is directly correlated with bite force, and bite force is directly correlated with mandibular width and length. For those of you under 20, chewing is NECESSARY. I have not seen anyone with good results who did not chew. Now, a question most of you probably have, "chewing will give me a round face!!" If you have bad masseter insertions, maybe. But if you are under 20, the jaw becomes more robust, and you will not get a round face IF you also achieve forward growth of the face**.** And, this is probably common knowledge, but your body fat will have a MASSIVE. VERY VERY MASSIVE effect on how your face looks, if it is really round or not. Now, after reading this, you are probably wondering "how about the people above 20-25?" Issue is, after 25, forward growth is much more difficult to achieve. and chewing will not have as much of an effect on your jawbone, so be very careful here, I am not saying it is impossible to achieve results, but you need to be careful if you have bad masseter insertions.

NOW HOW DO WE CHEW?

Let me make something clear, do not chew with your incisors like how Jawzirsize works. This will RUIN your temporomandibular joint.

ONLY CHEW WITH MOLARS!!

Chewing
with your incisors or premolars or canines is dangerous, they are not built to chew for long durations, do NOT do this. Incisors are for tearing food, canines are for ripping meat, and premolars are to AID the molars in chewing.

For beginners, (1-5 months)

I recommend using a normal gum on each side for 30 minutes. Your masseters are not ready to chew like a caveman.

For Non Beginners (6 months+)

Falim gum is great because it has a moderately tough resistance, I recommend 20-30 Minutes on each side. You can also use mastic gum, but it is much stronger, I would lower the time and amount you use.
