How to optimise hormones and increase facial bone mass:
raw / rare cooked (fully red inside) steaks GRASSFED
raw / rare cooked (fully red inside) liver GRASSFED - consume in less quantities to avoid toxicity from copper / vitamin A, like 3 times a week
at least 2 litres of milk - RAW, FULL FAT, GRASSFED
raw butter

sometimes raw honey / wild fruit (native, non-GM)
at least 10 raw egg yolks, 15 recommended. U could also try 6-7 raw duck yolks instead if its too many chicken eggs to eat GRASSFED

as much sun exposure as u can, just be outside most of the day, walking/relaxing, etc
ALWAYS make sure you get all your animal products from healthy, grassfed animals. If steaks might be too pricey, opt for some other organs such as heart / spleen, etc. But basically 99% of nutrients you will be getting from the raw / undercooked muscle meats & liver

Also dont miss out on oysters, some other raw seafood / fish would be extremely beneficial

If u can get it, i'd recommend drinking a liter of raw blood as well

milk u can also try goat milk for diversity and more fat

which hormones are your supposed to optimise ?
Maximise test I guess
All that shit to get 100 or 200ng/dL more. Completely useless
If it help with face bones it's because you're hard chewing your raw meat.
TS isn't even primal diet done correctly, I'll drop a guide soon enough

Chewing hard mastic gum or food won’t help your facial bones, it’s the raw milk and eggs that gets the job done.

The growing of bones is because of the nutrients, not the chewing itself

Whether the food is hard or soft does not matter for bone development

Hard food can grow masseter muscle tho

We need to explain retards to also not waste money on supplements which get lost in digestion and barely any of it gets absorbed

instead people should spend there money on actual food which is bioavailable

they provide nutrients to do so, I agree, but chewing triggers Wolff's law which is very important
Also, if you want more robust bones, add in Pineapple.
Raw milk doesn't have different nutrients that pasteurized milk (75°C) what differs is that there are no bacteries, which help with overall health and gut microbiome, but pasteurisation has minor or no impact on bone growth (facial or general).

You’re correct about the chewing, however, it only works for those under the age of 18, if you’re an adult and your face is recessed, chewing will just make you look bloated.

Yeah, melbourne
Alright, raw milk is illegal there I think, however, I’m pretty sure they sell raw bath milk (Same as Raw milk just with a different label) in farmer’s markets. Cleopatra bath milk to be exact. Just tell them you’re using to for your skin, they should allow to purchase it.

Agreed, but once you're an adult, even good nutrition will make bones appear

What do you think about Mk 677 and royal jelly? Are they garbage as well? Those are the only supplements that’s I’ve heard actually provide some benefits, but for the most part, man made supplements and chemicals is not effective.

What foods provide the most nutrition in your opinion?
Carnivore, alongside no glycemic/antinutrient sweeteners like stevia or monk fruit. Also lemons/limes have a near 0 glycemic index. But thoze are just supplementary

Absoliute cope.

Mastication plays a huge role in the development of the ramus and gonions.

It's not the food being eaten. People with bruxism don't really have any extra nutrion than the average american other than whatever gets chipped off of their teeth. These guys have bigional widths that are way longer than their cheekbones and some even have 90° gonial angles because their ramuses are so mad long. I know someone will go "yeah go ahead ruin your face with that clenching; bruxism makes you ugly." Of course it makes you ugly. It overdevelops your features. If your ramus & gonions are underdeveloped, you need to develop them, but don't need to clench. Instead, chew hard food at every meal. It evened out my left masseter in a few weeks. Make sure you don't chew like a cow though(minimize lateral movement of mandible). Chew strictly vertically.

If bruxism causing long ramuses and wide masseters wasn't enough evidence that masseter hypertrophy causes an increase in ramus height, take this study
larger [masseter and temporalis muscle cross-sectional areas] are associated with a wider more trapezoidal ramus
This sentences provides proof of correlation. Bruxism and the rest of the actual study prove causation.
