After chewing for a few hours a day on one side to fix imbalance. I noticed not only that my face looked significantly leaner on that side but that my posterior open bite started to come back out from chewing with my premolars so much.

This all happened on the 1 side I was chewing on, and not the other, so now I am going to chew on that side.

Might get TMJ though, I'd recommend people to try chewing with premolars

It's probably because the masseter grew and now you have a distance between your gonions and mouth, so you're being closer to hollow cheeks. But training masseter is not ideal, bones looks way better and more natural/masculine.

My bones are good but my lower 3rd is lacking, so that's probably why it worked so well for me

Keep in mind this is anecdotal and i researched this for my failos specifically
