For info I'm 16 so I'm guessing it can still grow.
I've been chewing on my right for majority of my life. My right masseter is more visible and my right ramus is visibly shorter than my left. But both my bodies of my mandible are symmetrical, So my left ear is higher-set than my right ear. Any tips?

Maybe it lead to bloated masseters

Chewing is a meme. It only causes jaw problems

hahahhahahhahhaha.

this nigga :feelshah:

Chewing will not do a single thing for bone mass. All it will do in that regard is increase ramus definition due to larger masseters. Asymmetrical jaw muscles are the source of most concerns.

chewing doesnt shorten the ramus. the fact your masseter is larger probably makes the ramus look shorter

It did the opposite for me
I fully embrace ogre ramus at 16 years old

I've asked a couple of my friends to confirm if there is a difference. Almost all of them said my right looks weaker than my left due to the shorter ramus

So should I just chew on my left (the weaker masseter) instead?

Yeah stretching of the skin on the ramus makes it look longer because of its 3 dimensional aspect despite being viewed from the side. When you are fat what looks like your ramus probably isn’t your ramus basically.

Growing your masseters will have a similar effect to losing fat in that area.

Retard
Its literally hypertrophy on a muscle
Its common sense as well
Dumb faggot. There are no scientific studies that chewing improves your face. You will just end up damaging your teeth

Whatever you fucking moron
Just rot and kill yourself instead of improving

How would hypertrophy in a muscle lead to bone development? I don't get it
It's not bone development but the muscle surrounding it so it just leads to it growing in size.
The actual bone stays the same of course
Same as working out your chest (but obviously in a different way)

I mostly chewed with my left side and my ramus bone is longer and straighter on that side than my right. My whole mandible in fact is wider and my gonion is less inward. My masseters are asymmetrical, how can I fix this?

Clenches me

how does chewing make a bone bigger, plz explain

im not sure about this, but I've read somewhere that the force hte masseter brings outwards over time pulls bone outwards as well or something. no clue if this is right

My ears are literally visibly asymmetrical because of this (left is visibly higher than left). May post pictures later
