Chewing Mastic Gum guide and tips

Well,

I've just received my Mastic Gum and I wanted to ask for opinions, tips and experiences.

My plan is to chew it for almost 2 hours and cool it in a glass of water on the fridge when i dont use it. I would make only a 1.day rest

i chew every day but i do 1 day chew falim and the next 2 days i chew regular store brand gum. i take a swig of cold water every minute to keep it firm. also im doing open mouthing chewing but i dont think it really matters

idk about change but i chew for like 3 hours regukar gum but 1 hr falim
