Would I need to buy any products or can I get by with just hard foods?

Thanks mate, should I start focusing more on red meats like steak? I eat a lot of chicken and eggs which is fairly soft

Steak and lean meats are good, hard fruits like apples are also good.

Eggs are great for nutrients but not so much for chewing

Raw meat is best.
I buy lamb cutlets after my Sunday morning training.
Just chew it until it’s absolutely nothing.
When you chew, it’s best to grind forward, this pushes both the maxilla and mandible forward over time (total broscience, disregard it, but it’s something I’ve read and have noticed to happen to me, I’m also young and on test so that likely exacerbates my results).
Also chew super hard gum (on molars and canines) and use one of those AliExpress jaw trainers on incisors for 2 sets daily when you do your daily neck training (as you’re a .org user I’m sure you already do this)

They are ripping apart after a while. Is it normal or just should buy bunch of them?
i use them. Black is already easy, trying to find anything harder or 40 kg is enough?
