What makes a jaw wide, angular and aesthetic from the front are mainly:
- Width and shape of the jaw angle i.e. shape and thickness of the posterior corpus mandibulae that connects to the ramus
- Position and size of the masseter muscle and the medial pterygoid muscle
Masseter hypertrophy is definetely influenced by chewing and maybe to some extent medial pterygoid and chewing for extended periods of time could definitely reposition bone through bone reorption and new osteoblasts formation provided youre getting enough sunlight and calcium through diet. I think this happened to me but dont want to post any pics until 12 percent bf.
