While you're chewing take 2/3 fingers from each hand and push them against your masseter muscles (not too hard, just enough to make it harder). That will make your masseter muscles work way more and therefore grow faster.

only resistant from biting comes from whats in between your teeth. when you are lifting weights do you press against your biceps? the muscles dont work that way
