Holy fuck i just realized how much less subhuman i would look if I didn't start chewing on one side as a kid. Literally look so much more developed on my right side because I chewed only there growing up but my left side is borderline subhuman. Morphed myself with a more symmetrical face and holy fuck it might not be over

the main diff is a smaller masseters on the left side. Anyone fix a similar issue just by chewing gum? Will it increase my left cheekbone visibility? I can see my right cheekbone pop out but barely my left

Very good they look about even now. Actually my left masseter looks pretty close to ideal on my face. Looking back at old pics my left masseter was very clearly narrower and almost looked collapsed especially when looking at my face as a whole now it looks very even. Very happy with the results will probably finish off by shrinking my right masseter with botox slightly as it is a bit too big and tight, then i should be good. But they are still about even if that makes sense

Btw i had asymmetric hollow cheeks before (my right side had the ogee curve but left didn't as much/at all) but that also got fixed when my masseter got bigger
What was your chewing routine, did you falim or other mastic gum, and where did you position the gum on your teeth when chewing if you don’t mind me asking?

yeah bro thats cope, bone growth plates are closed your jaw and skull are structurally set, unless its skin asymmetry.
??? he just said its the masseter that differs in size ya retard its a muscle around the ramus

Just normal gum bro. Trident specifically. Had like 6-10 pieces at a time max. Even if you chew 10 a day 5 days a week for 4 months/13 weeks you shouldn't need more than 45 or so packs. You can get a pack of 12 packs for like $15 so it's really cheap. I had pretty bad masseter asymmetry so you shouldn't need as much gum as me but just be reasonable with it and you will see growth

that sounds great. I have falim but I’ll probably switch to regular gum. My asymmetry is pretty bad so hopefully it can fill up in the next couple of months. My only issue about chewing is my bigger side getting stimulus from chewing on the weaker.

Yup this was my issue too thats why I'm doing a low amount of masseter botox soon bc my bigger side grew a bit (but not that much tbh I'm mainly doing it bc it was too big to start)

i sent a pic of an outline before bc i dont like to share my pics in public threads but the results have gotten even better since then (which i discuss below)

how its going?
very good actually. i came back to this thread to post my final update possibly and one very important remark for other trying this

my final update (most likely):

my masseters have pretty much evened out. like i said earlier in this thread i will be getting botox for my right masseter and i did get it/self inject it. i did around ~22 units. im still chewing gum to get the finishing touches as my left masseter could be a tiny bit bigger, but now it actually is more sore when i chew. something i didnt realize earlier was that the reason its so hard to even them out is because the enlarged muscle often takes over when you increase the load enough, so it ends up growing too. in order to completely fix the problem, i strongly believe you need to have some sort of low dose botox injected just to relax the muscle for a bit until the smaller side catches up. ofc chewing only on the smaller side will help but itll still be very hard for them to even out. and its unlikely for you to overdo it with the botox unless you do 30+ units. i did around 20 bc i wanted some atrophy but not too much.

Yeah i had the same issue but if you overload the weaker side too much the stronger one will take over will grow alongside with it

do u have any suggestions?
mainly my update. i would say try a low load gum initially (like 3-4 pieces) then keep upping your load slowly or you can do low dose botox initially then load your weaker side. you just gotta see what works for u
