I see so many people here say that

“muh chewing won’t grow your jaw”

“muh chewing won’t build bone”

And while yes it is true that chewing will not build new bone it will 100% will grow your masseter muscles which can help you in getting a more attractive face.

Obv don’t overdo it or you will end up with either TMJ or look like shovel face here

Yeah pretty water thread but idk why people keep denying this shit when your masseter is no different to any other muscle and can be grown.

Masseter muscles is a muscle that you don't want to grow. It won't make your face more attractive. A wide jaw is not a good feature mostly if it's not angular. Masseters muscles are rounded.

You don't want a wide jaw but angular jaw with a normal width (no protusion) with angular cheekbones too and slight hollow cheeks

Okay but chewing in puberty will grow the masseter and that will grow the bone. After puberty u can stop chewing, so masseter will shrink and u'll have a wider jaw

False if u chew correctly u will have wide angular jaw. That what worked for me
