I feel like chewing 10 pieces of falim or even above is overkill.
That shit somewhat fucked my face up.
I feel like staying in between the 1-5 range is good and doing a lot of repetition instead of doing it every two hours.

Made my cheeks more bloated
Ur upper masseter gets bigger than ur lower one. This causes the bloated look. Its genetic and ur chewing will evantually result into that someone made a post on it.

Chewing made me ultra bloated like a chipmunk, I’m doing it for the long term benefits so idk, my masseter will go down when I stop.

Does your Falims get soft after chewing it for a couple of minutes or did I buy a bad batch? I have have to make a big ball around 10-11 falims and freeze them in a cup of water for it to even get hard and i've been chewing the same ones for three days now cause im all out of fucking falim

Falim is the strongest. Bend your thumb and bite down on the middle part. It will hurt at first but after a couple weeks it’ll get callused. It’s impossible to bite through your finger, and your thumb is the thickest one. I’ve been doing it for 6 months and my bone structure is supermaxxed

When you are chewing and your muscles are pumped with blood one looks pretty bloated. But you are interested in the results while at rest. Muscle tissue gains, not pump gains.
