is jawzercize/other chewing a meme or is it legit? I’ve been chewing lately and it feels good what I want to know is whether there is any reality to the idea that your mass ethers can grow and improve your jawline/gonial angle or at least define it more. For what it’s worth I might be one of those people that chewed improperly so there might be some gains to be had for my masseters. Lemme know what your experiences have been if any.

I posted a pic. Everyone says I look fat but I think that’s a maxilla issue more than anything. I think it would help me but I’m not sure
