Cant tell if chewmaxxing is looksmax or a looksmin, i havent took a before pic but i think my masseter is just getting rounder, is there not a way to hypertrophy the bottom part for more angular jaw?

Shouldn’t need to chew On purpose bro, on average the healthy and more natural foods are harder so if you looksmax with a better diet you will chew more anyways but not as much as someone chewing mastic gum for 2 hours (will look weird Steve mine craft blockhead) but instead just right

For me it was a looksmax, still progressing though
It made my jaw more angular in a good way
