True. And 99% of them are fed grains. Absolute garbage. Grass fed beef is optimal

Vonderplanitz and Peat have corrupted my mind. Whenever I'm in the grocery store to get food, all I can think about is "I can't get that because of the excessive PUFA", "not getting that because it'll mess up my gut microbiome", "it's a childhood favorite but damn the PUFA, anti nutrients, and ingredients that'll irritate the hell of my gut"

the food blackpill is worse than the looks blackpill

You're not foodpilled enough if you go to a store. I buy 10-20 kilograms of meat from a farmer who doesn't vaccinate his animals, then eat it for weeks while it's rotting.

yeah but what is the total fat amount? breast is lean protein. and a bit of saturated fat alongside, say butter, plus some antioxidants and vitamin e ,can go a long way in mitigating a bit of pufa damage as evident by real olive oil and even peat himself said this i think. some people can also hydrogenate pufas into saturated fats in the gut. studies on nut consumption also go alongside this, despite their anti nutrients they are still nutritious af and full of polyphenols. seed oils are the real cucking agents id say, just eat actual real food as clean as possible and dont stress too much about it to the point of orthorexia which is inherently an inflammatory state theory

You are still dealing with high amounts of methionine and cysteine.vitamin e can only ameliorate the damage.

high glycine for methionine as per peat too, and cysteine is literally necessary for glutathione, to say it must be completely avoided is false even if excess may have risks. but im a bit rusty on my methionine and cysteine research. i do know that stress and too little variety of foods and restricting yourself is detrimental, and this is coming from someone with a lot of health issues still who has to be extremely sctrict with diet usually, but as soon as i get better sometimes i add all kinds of foods and enjoy them guilt free even if im a bit bloated afterwards or so

The limiting factor for glutathione is usually magnesium and glycine , cysteine restriction increases lifespan. There’s 0 problems eating chicken once in a while but if you eat like those bodybuilders chicken n rice 4x a day you run into problems

one of the biggest issues with too much muscle meat ( if its actually high quality so no antibiotics etc ) is the calcium to phosphorus ratio, which can be offset through supplementation or eggshell powder, milk itself has about equal parts calcium to phosphorus if i recall correctly. niacinamide can also lower phosphorus. tons of nutrients directly or indirectly spare or recycle glutathione that not many are aware of besides selenium and vitamin c and e, and b12 may actually be a determining factor through glutathionylcobalamin. but the actual glutathione is a tripeptide made up of cysteine, glycine and glutamine. is the cysteine restriction you speak of from human studies? can you provide them? im rusty on my peat research on this one

also bodybuilders usually consume an absolutely obscene amount of muscle meat protein and their phosphorus ratio must be atrocious and they must have some mild degree of hyperammonemia, but many of them maintain at the very least decent health for a very long time. goes to show at least in part how protective high androgens can be
