don't know his routines, but I am quite certain, the MAIN ingredient is brad Pitt's ageing GENES

Another thing: faces with very broad jaws do not age as badly as faces with narrower jaws, which Chico has. The reason is that when the fatpads start sliding down with age, the wide jaw distributes excessive skin over a larger surface, while for jaws like chico, the skin is kinda overhangs the jaw. Which creates a not-so-youthful view. it can be visible in image #3 in the OP's photos. Pre-jowl sulcus.

I think you are completely right, and adding into this, most old people lose bone mass and so their skin is even looser and they look worse… now contrast this about what you said with people like Pitt
