Chico Lachowski Eye Area Question

Why are Lachowski's eyes so well supported even tho he doesn't have great infraorbital region projection? Is that even the reason for his insane canthal tilt or is it the medial canthus? and is this under eye support the reason that he is able to pull off that squinting look so well naturally? Sorry if this is a stupid post, but im genuinely trying to understand what it is i am lacking myself. Thanks.
