Pls help I really want to reach 190cm. I need 2-3 more cm for that. I don't want to fraud with shoes but I read about stretches increasing height up to like 5-6cm. I have dogshit posture and dont stretch so can someone pls recommend good stretches to gain height? I'd do them every morning...

i read a lot of studies that the ideal height range for men is actually 5'11-6'1 according to women ofc 6'2-6'4 range is very good too and mogger heights, beyond 6'4 has diminishing returns tho

theres like 30+ people taller than me in a school of 300 people

i went to a mall once and there was a section were soldiers would buy their uniforms (adult men must do 2 years of military service)

He is 193 or 6'4, duh being 3 inches taller than the standard for tall (6'1) will be very tall, but many will claim they are taller than they are. I thought I was 6'3 this summer when I was a 6'1 and these cels dont want to admit they are LARPing to themselves.
