If you own a proper plot of land to grow food and pass on clothes from the older children to the younger children, you should be fine financially. Most things you need to buy for your children you can reuse like strollers etc. As soon as they hit age 14 they can just work for things they want, that you cannot pay for each child like most recent tech etc. Starting to work young makes children appreciate the value of money and they are more careful about their spending.

Gotta admit you have a point. I would not give my woman roids.
My grandmother birthed 13 children and she lived to see her great grandchildren.
About 10 children should be possible for a woman assuming you start with an 18 year old and try until she reaches 40. A recovery period of 6 months should be sufficient in most cases, and some pregnancies will not lead to a live birth. 10 children is still many and I'd be happy with 5 tbh.
