I tried twice eating a chilli pepper before working out.
It seemed to make my veins slightly thicker, but didn't notice performance boost.
What do you think about taking it as a pre-workout? Would it enhance performance or is it just cope? I mean it should dilate blood vessels, providing more oxygen to muscles
