you actually think you can achieve this . Even with the best height protocols, height gain after 15 is minimal, growth protocols are much less effective at your age (probably completely ineffective). just blast as much gh possible you will grow simple
just add D3 K2 calcium and test+dht

great advice for living to 50. There's no reason to go over the recommended amounts. Already in the studies where they use recommended amounts of gh, the life span is shortened.
