Are you looking for height or dimorphism? For dimorphism you should run mast at a higher ratio than testosterone whereas for height, you need to take masteron at maximum 150mg since it’s highly anti estrogenic. Take proviron at 10 mg every day inconsistently and miss out a few days. For testosterone 500 is very good like u said.
