Chin asymmetry after accident?

I got into an accident a day and a half ago; basically, I crashed into a breaking car and took the impact on the right side of my chin. I needed 4 stitches afterwards and as seen above the right side of my jaw is swollen/bruised. Will this go away and if so how long will it take?
