I am actually confused Between a Recessed chin A normal chin and a slightly recessed chin can you guys help me with this confusion , there are 4 pics below are they slightly recessed normal or heavily recessed and do they need chij fillers or this can be ignored in day to day life ahhhhh 👹👹

1st guy isn't recessed, 2nd guy is downgrown, 3rd is mildly recessed (not a problem), last one is also downgrown.

Lefort 3 is a region of the maxilla, 3 is the entire thing. He's referring to a lefort 3 osteotomy, which you basically cannot get done cosmetically at this point.

I have Gonial angle of 112° ? So what does it mean I thought 110-115° is ideal for male So do I have a downgrown face?
