dont do anything in that area until you know exactly whats wrong or you risk overtreatment or treating the wrong issue

I have an deep bite and narrow palate. Will get an palate widener hopefully (ill ask for it again) and braces which pull my lower jaw forward

Braces don't bring any jaws forward
They interact with teeth and correct DENTAL debite discrepancies by pulling incisors
If your overbite is skeletal and not dental, you need BSSO, or else you are compensating for something that should've been fixed with surgery

i don't know he just said the lower jaw should be pulled forward or lower teeth and ill get braces with these strings and palate widener I guess then after that a teeth aligner. I think he tryna ascend me
