My Philtrum/Chin is 2.7 (15 and 41).
And super wide too.

But long term should def be Genioplasty.

I've heard different responses from different people. Amnesia said his last 1-2 years. Heard close to 1 year time on the web but some also said it was shorter. I think the material may also matter.

If they last long its good or else I would get genio since now I have strong motivation for that as I can see how much chin ascends me.

Migration is exaggerated. And its said that chin is one of the best areas for fillers since migration chances are least over there. Migration is more likely in lips etc but then again it won't always happen.

Also newer fillers like Volux, the one I got, are even less likely to migrate since they are made especially for jaw and chin area and are much firmer. Amnesia is a case which is right in front of us, he has been getting it for years.

Genio, LL, Bimax blah blah blah in the end 99% of people get nothing and keep rotting here and barking like abused dogs.

I'll have to travel to a foreign country to get genio since I couldn't find a surgeon here. I'd need to spend 10 times, and then wait for a month to recover. I could have slayed more had I got it earlier but kept waiting for the genio for so many years. Glad I got it now instead of coping with genio. I can get it later if I feel I don't want to continue with fillers.

how long have you had the filler? I got volux too

Yeah I would consider genio later, had plans of genio earlier but it was difficult to arrange it since I'd need to travel and the recovery is not very easy. Also thought filler will help me get an idea of how much I ascend with a better chin
