I’m male 15 soon 16.Does sb know how to achieve chin forward growth even if its just a little bit because that recessed chin is absolutely cooking me.

recessed chin might still be correlated to a narrow palate or malocclusion. when the palate is narrow the mandible gets "locked" and grows downwards and not as much as it should. if thats the case you probably also have breathing problems, do you have sleep apnea or simply feel constant "resistance" from the air when you breath through your nose?

you might wanna talk about this with an ortho specialized in airways or myofunctional therapist

No i dont realy have breathing problems or anything
