It’s been almost 3 months since i started bonesmashing and I’ve gotta say the amount of fibrosis I’ve gotten looks so much better than any filler ever will it looks rough but natural so I suggest if you’re new to it like I am apply some Vaseline on your area and don’t go super hard for the first few times it’ll just slow the process down
