Chin implant/genioplasty question

Should I add vertical height? I've asked this question before with no straight answers. Yes. I know I need a hair transplant and other procedures. Right now lets discuss improving my chin.

My only concern with adding vertical height is I have a big head so I'm worried it would make it look worse but elongating it more.

What about forward growth? Also would more forward growth be noticeable from the front or just the side?

No your chin height and overall facial height is actually pretty good... you chin needs more forward projection though maybe 7ish mm. Unlike most people on here, you have decent bone structure but your soft features (hair, skin, eyes) are what bring you down.

Thanks for the feedback. Is forward projection noticeable from the front more is only from the side profile?

Since your chin is barely recessed, probably won’t make a noticeable difference from the front.

Dude's right... nobody will hardly notice if you get a genio honestly I would focus on better hair/skin and get some upper eyelid fillers.
