I say geinoplasty. I think if surgeons slide the chin forward it will make your mouth and chin look more dominant in forward growth chadliness. Whereas implants can't cause the repositioning that your lightly recessed chin and dental inclination would benefit from. I think you would need braces. Do you have dental Xray?

You will leave the clinic on the same day, there will obviously be swelling which peaks on day 3 and should be mostly gone by day 7
