I say geinoplasty. I think if surgeons slide the chin forward it will make your mouth and chin look more dominant in forward growth chadliness. Whereas implants can't cause the repositioning that your lightly recessed chin and dental inclination would benefit from. I think you would need braces. Do you have dental Xray?

In my opinion your nose is fine, either get 3mm chin implant or chin augmentation with fat transfer . Snub nose does not always equal attractive. I think first fix that chin up and then evaluate if the current nose shape fits the overall look or not. It is a huge mistake to fix nose first when you have recessed chin.

You have a masculine nose judging from the side-profile, haven't seen your nasal bridge or the tip in front view so can't really tell if that nose really needs fixing or not. from the side view, I do not see any obvious flaw or looks nerfing issue.

I wanna get rid of the dorsal hump and make it less bulbous/droopy

Yes its your personal preference. You have almost similar looking nose like mine. I am aiming to just straighten the nose with rhino, and my nasal bridge needs fixing too its asymmetrical and not even. But you have to find a really good rhinoplasty surgeon and I mean really "carefully", they have to make it look natural and not like when someone looks at you and says yeah this guy got his nose done. Usually when I see before and after pics on average plastic surgeons' work, they are just making that button/snub noses in my opinion those kind of nose types does not fit men at all, makes them feminine and as soon as you take a glance in mile-seconds you know something is off.
