chin implant removal

i am going to do a genio, but i dont trust surgeons in my country and cant leave it for at least several years. is it reasonable to do a chin implant and remove it in 2-3 years before genioplasty?

It depends I don't know what u look like 90 percent of a time genio mogs if u want projection
Tbh the best move would be genio + fillers if you have the money

i have ok forward growth and jawline visibility, the problem is that my chin is flat i guess

Very convenient and easy to implement instead of cutting your bone + no recovery time
But migration is a risk
