forward growth seems to be the weakest point so yes
Also get a Lefort XII osteonomy

Sliding genioplasty is preferred as the muscles that connect to the chin won't move forward unless the bone actually moves forward. I'd suggest genioplasty then an implant if the shape still isn't ideal.
